• Female Graduates with previous experience in an administration related role
• Strong administration skills - Organized, thorough, system orientated with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in inbound call centers & technical support is preferred
• Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proactive with an ability to communicate  effectively at all levels
• Excellent levels of computer literacy and typing skills

• Provide impeccable customer support to clients
• Follow-up & renewal of  Clients Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Assisting Accountant with Month End and Year End Reconciliations
• Preparing invoices, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
• Perform general office duties such as maintaining records & performing basic bookkeeping work
• Innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes.
• Possess strong ability for multitasking
