The Directors, having hereditary experience in manufacturing and wholesale for more than 75 years, now entering into the retail market with an exquisite jeweler’s showroom. “We, as wholesale manufacturer, are experts in making traditional, classical and modern fashions of ornament. However, the interest and satisfaction of customers are our utmost priority. Being as a manufacturer, we are supplying toIndia’s leading branded jewelers”.

Challenges

The client is doing the Jewels business and scheme management. The client is attracting and catching their customers through the scheme management. For this management the client is already having an online system in ASP to share the details among their customers. The client wanted to revamp the scheme management system with e-Commerce solution.

What We Did

ANGLER provided an application to manage the following features in the website:

• The website administrator can maintain any number of categories and 3 levels of sub-categories. Each category might have the sub categories (if required). Any number of products can be created under a category / sub-category
• The users can view the products and place the order by selecting their desired products using shopping cart and pay through their credit card. After the placement, they can view their order status using their username and password
• Administrator can update the order status as and when required
• Administrator can view Reports based on pre-defined criteria
• Website users can search their interested products thru Search Engine – Internal product search only
• Website Users can view the available products in the Product Gallery
• Interested Users can place their orders thru Shopping Cart, payment will be calculated for their orders and payment settlements can be done thru online payment
• The users can track their chit position, Order status and incentive accumulated so far
