Client is 45 years expertise in pumping industry.  Now after four eventful decades, it is an enormous, widely reputed organization, which produces 830 varieties of perfectly engineered pumps and motors and sells its products in numerous countries spread across 6 continents. Client is one among the few pioneers in the world to produce 100 % stainless steel submersible pumps in wide range. Having achieved a record production capacity of over 750,000 Pumps & motors per annum, today the client is rubbing its shoulder with best brands in the world, with advanced technology and safety standards as its hallmarks.

Challenges

The client wanted an application that would enable them to maintain their Contacts. Also they wanted to send bulk mailing to their clients. They wanted to send various types of mailers such as simple text messages, html messages for which there should be option available in the application to create drafts & also to upload html mailers. Address Import, Export options also to be provided. They wanted to have various types of reports such as Contact Reports, Mail sent / queue report & Tracking reports.

What We Did

• ANGLER studied the client’s requirements and provides a solution to compose customized mailers using templates to send to categorized clients
• The ANGLER Mass e-Mailer application is designed to cater to the mass emailing requirements of Internet / Email users for Marketing, Greeting Customers / Friends on Occasions, New Letters / Bulletins etc. Individual emails will be sent to the addresses without any CC or BCC to it to make it Individual / Personal
•  Clients (contacts) can be categorized under various Groups / various geographical boundaries (Country, State and City wise)
• This system will also have different types of reports such as Address Reports, Sent mail Reports & Tracking reports to trace the interested clients for their products / services
