The end client based in Canada wanted a collaborative job site with job board, user community, online network & Facebook integration.

Challenges

The end client wanted a collaborative job site with the following fundamental components:

• A job board where hirers post jobs, view pool of qualified candidates using keyword search and communicate with candidates
• A user community where candidates maintain profile, upload CV and scanned reference documents to search and apply for jobs
• A network that allows users to get and provide references and view referencing activities on news feed
• Facebook integration so that the application can run stand-alone as well as on the Facebook platform as Facebook application using Facebook API
