The Client is in Yarn and Garment industry and the company's Textiles Division is based inIndiawas set up in 2002 specializing in supply of linen and uniforms for hospitals. They customize the fabric, color and style for their Customer's uniforms requirements.

Challenges

The client wanted a comprehensive ERP solution for their business process where they can track their customers orders and process the purchase, process the materials, transport to the required stock yards and monitor the stock. The process should also involve sub contract works with the Dyeing, Stitching & Embroidery units. The requirement also the covers of raising and tracking Invoices and payments. Client expected the report should be very comprehensive with real time data.

What We Did

• ANGLER developed a customized web based application to cater the needs of the client. The application covers the entire transactions of the company
• User friendly application with various user privileges set to have a control on the access to the application
• The modules covered are Customer, Supplier, Product & Various functional units related Masters, Purchase orders, Work Orders, Dispatch Management - Dispatch of raw materials to various units and track the finished products, Invoice management
• The application also takes care of the Stock management, Payment management and post dispatch process such as dealing with the alterations, return of goods and re-supply the products to the end customers
• The application is provided with the option to print Invoices, Delivery Challans and Reports
• The reports are generated using various filters and search option
