The client is a leading manufacturer, exporter and wholesaler of home textiles, producing a wide range of home linen and cotton furnishings. With well-established markets in India and abroad, the client has a dedicated line of exclusive furnishings in international designs to suit all environments.
The Client wanted to automate the processes such as Packing List generation, Invoice generation based on the packing list, Discrepancy Tracking, Form C receipt and Hundi details maintenance. The existing system, packing list details are entered manually. Invoice details are also fed into the system manually and hard copied in a pre-printed sheet. Bills unsettled, bills overdue, C-Form details, Hundi details and all such documents are maintained in Excel as worksheet documents.
What We Did
ANGLER developed a customized web based application to cater to the needs of the client. The application covers the entire transactions of the company. User friendly application with various user privileges are set to have a control on the access to the application The modules covered are Purchase orders, Invoice management, Packing Management and Form-C Management. The application is provided with the option to print Invoices, Delivery challans and Reports. The reports are generated using various filters and search option.
