Client

The Client is a Sydney based company servicing large number of medical specialists from medical and surgical specialists by providing rapid and reliable transcription solutions (for voice files). The Client is mainly chosen by their customers for their efficiency, accuracy, quality, security, reliability they offer in their transcription solutions.

Challenges

The Client required an application to associate all their users (doctors) and to enable an easy and secure way of file transfers (files for which transcription is being done) across the associated users. The application has to ensure a secured way of file transfer across the Administrator, and other associated users of type MDR (Multiple Associated Doctor), DOC (Associated Doctor) and GP (General Practice).

What We Did

•     ANGLER developed an application which facilitates the following:
•     Creation of users (associated doctors)
•     File upload/download privilege across the associated users of types MDR, DOC and GP
•     Reports to view the details of the file transfer like ‘From User’, ‘To User’, ‘Transfer Type’, ‘Date’, ‘Time’ and ‘Size’ of the file with sorting options
•    Mails will be triggered to the administrator on each and every file transfer
