The client has 45 years of expertise in pump industry. Now after four eventful decades they have turned out as an enormous widely recognized organization which produces 830 varieties of perfectly engineered pumps & motors and also sells their products in numerous countries spread across 6 continents. They are one of the few pioneers in the world to produce 100 % stainless steel submersible pumps in wide range. Having a track record of production capacity achieved over 750,000 Pumps & motors per annum, today they are competing with best brands in the world, with advanced technology and safety standards as its hallmarks.

Challenges

The client need an ERP solution, for their business to process and track the customer orders & process the purchases, the materials and transport the required stock to the yards and monitor the stock. The process also involves sub contract that works jointly with Dyeing, Stitching & Embroidery units. The requirement also covers the raising & tracking invoices and payments. Client expected the report should be very comprehensive with real time data.

What We Did

  • ANGLER developed a customized web based application to cater the needs of the client. The application covers the entire transactions of the company
  • User friendly application with various user privileges set to have a control on the access to the application
  • The modules covered are Customer, Supplier, Product & Various functional units related Masters, Purchase orders, Work Orders, Dispatch Management - Dispatch of raw materials to various units and track the finished products, Invoice management
  • This application also control the Stock management, Payment management and post dispatch process such as dealing with the alterations, return of goods and re-supply the products to the end customers
  • The application is provided with the option to print Invoices, Delivery Challans and Reports
