ANGLER's growth and steady progress towards our Vision have been possible by adopting a customer-focused and people-focused approach.

To implement our Plans and achieve our Vision we need ANGLER Leaders and effective ANGLER Teams.

Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common Vision, the ability to direct individual accomplishments towards organization's objectives and the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.

At ANGLER, we practice forming teams for achieving our various goals. Once the team accomplishes the task, the members are then incorporated into new teams to achieve new goals giving them valuable learning opportunities.

The most important aspect of the team being to successfully achieve their assigned task(s). Successful accomplishment of team objectives is where the effectiveness of a team becomes a very big and important factor. I have listed down the qualities of an effective team as seen and observed in the successful projects.

The success of the team, results in growth/progress of the individual members of the team and also the company at large. We encourage all our ANGLER Teams to imbibe and implement the qualities of an effective team in all their team activities. One such e.g. is the ANGLER Aria team. I congratulate them for their effort & team spirit in making this possible.

Several steps have been taken to empower our people and encourage innovation for teams working in ANGLER. The most recent ones are listed below:

· Functional grouping of each marketing branch as an SBU (Strategic Business Unit)
· Team Leader Opportunity Program for Technical Staff (EIT and IM)
· Project Teams and Project Briefing sessions for medium and big projects
· Periodic Progress Review and Department Meetings to share knowledge, overcome difficulties, strive for excellence and review Plan of Action
· Mail server to improve overall internal and external official communication
