Currrently in the 56th year since inception, they have now grown into a large tertiary, with super specialty five hundred and thirty bedded hospital. With focus on education & training, the hospital is recognized for National Board of Examinations for DNB Programme. They strive to provide the highest possible standards of medical care and service to the community.

Challenges

• Client wanted to facilitate their Hospital to manage the contents of their website.
• The Content Management System is integrated with their website through which the site was made more dynamic for updating the content
• There has to be different types of users. (Low level users to create the contents, Department heads to approve the contents created under their departments & the super Administrator to approve & publish the contents posted by the Department Administrator and the secretaries)
• They wanted to create a number of menus, sub menus under which they wanted to add more number of pages
• The client is in need of uploading dynamic banners

What We Did

To improve the user interface of the website, easy Content Management - the new application was developed. The Content Management System helps the Super Administrator / Department Administrator / Department Secretary to maintain the content of the website easily and effectively. The objectives of the CMS application include the following

• Each Top Menu, Departments shall be considered as Page Categories
• Web portal contains three types of user and  Super Administrator
• Department wise Administrator and Department Secretaries
• All contents shall be maintained by the Super Administrator
• Department wise Administrators / Department Secretaries can maintain their department pages
