Challenges

The Property Management System provides flexibility to the Landlord Administrator to control their entire property tenancy activities and to handle their Tenant Maintenance Requests. It would provide a simple User interface to the Landlord to view property details/status at a glance.

Prospective tenants can search the database for potential properties and view the floor plans, photos and a detailed description. The administrator will have the privilege to manage the entire application and manage the users of various groups.

What We Did

ANGLER studied the client business process and their requirements clearly. Based upon the study, ANGLER has developed an application to suit the customer requirement.
